PROFILE Dr. Rekha Shetty Dr. Rekha Shetty is an innovation guru, bestselling author, an entrepreneur and an original thinker in Management and the Social Sciences, consulting for blue chip companies. She founded the Mindspower brand 27 years ago. A rank-holder and Ph.D from Madras University, she has written 11 books, mostly published by Penguin. A member of the Syndicate of the renowned Anna University, she has held key corporate positions in companies like United India Insurance and Apollo Hospitals.

Dr. Rekha Shetty is among the first women Rotary International Governors in Asia. She has held several international Rotary positions in water, maternal and child health. Dr. Rekha Shetty’s original work on innovation has successfully integrated western thought with the Eastern ethos of creativity and Innovation and left a footprint on life, as all of us can.
