PROFILE Mr R Sridhar Sridhar worked in Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, India for 25 years, where he was a Board Director. He worked in their Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai offices. He set up Ogilvy India’s 5th office in Bangalore. He is known for his pioneering work in Direct Marketing in India. He was chairman of Ogilvy One, and President of Ogilvy Consulting. He trained in Creative Problem Solving at Synectics, Boston. In Advanced Consulting Skills by Designed Learning New York. He has also completed a course in Creativity, Innovation and Change, from the Open University Business School, UK. In 2000 he stepped out to set up his own Innovation Practice. He acquired his coaching certification from the Coaching Foundation of India. And has been practising as an Executive Coach since 2010. He received a citation of honour from the Coaching Foundation Of India in 2019. His mission is to help people think different and do better. Sridhar has had a long career as an advertising professional, innovation facilitator and executive coach. He has been fortunate to work with several leading organisations. And their leadership teams.

He has facilitated over 400 Ideation workshops for clients. Helping them solving problems and seize new opportunities. His work is like software for the mind. He has collaborated with leaders across all functions. His clients include Hindustan Unilever, Tata Motors, Tata Chemicals, Tata Power, TVS Motors, Reckitt-Benkeiser, Deloitte and several other well-known organisations. His book “Unlock The Real Power of Ideation” is a business fiction. It is the story of a CEO and his top leadership team cracking the innovation code. As an individual he thrives in learning new things. And working with new people. He derives greatest satisfaction when he has been able to make a difference.
