With over 35 years of experience in various MNCs in India and abroad, A. Balakumar (Bala) worked with reputed organizations such as ABB, Motorola, TYCO International, Bharti Airtel, and NXP, among others. Starting in a Projects team and working across regions and organizations, he grew to head SCM as VP for Asia and Eastern Europe. He returned to India as Senior VP (SCM) for a leading mobile operator. He had also headed the healthcare business, handled business development for SE Asia, and served in the Boards of different organizations. He is passionate about coaching young start-ups, sharing experiences with students, counselling, and enabling businesses to accelerate achievement and meet their strategic goals. Mr. Ramasubramanian Ramasubramanian (Ramsu) Sundararajan heads Product R&D and AI for Solus.ai, an enterprise SaaS start-up that helps organizations hyper-personalize their interactions with their customers using AI. He has over 18 years of experience in applying machine learning models to problems in finance, healthcare, energy, aviation, travel, CPG, and retail. He has authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences and teaches analytics in practice at IIM Calcutta as a part-time visiting faculty member.
