PROF PRATIMA MURTHY Her special area of interest is in addiction treatment and outcome. She has helped and evaluated large workplace programmes on addiction prevention and is currently interested in reducing risk factors for noncommunicable diseases at workplaces. She has been involved in studies

She has served as an international trainer in substance use disorders and treatment for the ILO, Colombo Plan and WHO SEARO. She is also involved in training in tobacco cessation in the country. Dr Murthy has authored several training manuals for addiction treatment. She has recently developed training manuals to address risk factors for NCDs for WHO. She has also been involved with the designing and running of online programs for capacity building in addiction. She is also interested in the legal aspects of addiction.
PROF VIDYANAND JHA Vidyanand Jha is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at IIM Calcutta. He has a Ph D in Organization

from
IIM
Ahmedabad
where
his
doctoral
thesis
was
about
organizational change. He has been teaching management of organizational change; and management of creativity and innovation for two and half decades to a variety of audiences like post graduate students and working managers from public, private and government sectors in India and Bangladesh. He won the young case writer award from Association of Indian Management Schools on a case written about organizational change in 1998. He has visited management schools in Thailand and Chile on short term teaching engagements. He also consults with organisations trying to bring about changes to improve their effectiveness. He is also a poet, translator and literary critic working primarily in his mother tongue, Maithili, a language primarily spoken in India and Nepal. His first book of poems was published by the central Sahitya Akademi, the apex national body of literature. He has been a recipient of many literary awards including Katha Award for translation in 1999, Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad, Kolkata's award in 2012 and Yatri Puraskar from Maithil Samaj, Rahika in 2018. He has a deep and abiding interest in mental health issues.
