In un ambiente altamente tecnologico opera uno staff di esperti, in grado di progettare gli stampi e le strutture più complessi, supportati da stazioni Cad e Cam, e software attraverso cui simulare il funzionamento di ogni prodotto con modelli e animazioni grafiche 3D. Ogni stampo è il risultato di studi approfonditi condivisi internamente e con il cliente, per rispondere ad ogni esigenza con rapidità e precisione. Our higly-trained and experienced staff guarantee the quality and efficiency of our products. CAM and CAD workstations and software are used to design the projects and simulate the operations of each product, through 3D models and graphic animation. Each die is the result of in-company know-how. We work side-by-side with our clients, ready to meet specific needs quickly and efficiently. In einem hoch technologischen Ambiente arbeitet eine Gruppe von Experten, die dazu in der Lage ist, die komplexesten Werkzeuge und Strukturen zu planen, die von Cad- und Cam- Stationen und Software unterstützt werden, mit welcher der Betrieb jedes Produktes anhand von Modellen und 3D-Grafik-Animationen simuliert wird. Nella realizzazione degli stampi si utilizzano centri di fresatura a 3 e 5 assi CNC con campo di lavoro fino a 4000 mm, torni CNC, elettroerosioni a filo-tuffo CNC, rettificatrici di precisione. Dies are made using 3 and 5 axis CNC milling centres with work fields (up to 4000 mm), CNC lathes, CNC wire and plunge EDM machining and precision grinders. Bei der Ausführung von Werkzeugen verwendet man drei- und fünf ächsige CNC Fräszentren mit einem Arbeitsfeld bis zu 4000 mm, CNC-Drehbänken, CNC-Tauchdraht-Elektroerosion, Präzisionsschleifern.
