4.TheDebutantecandidatemustattendallscheduledR.O.Y.A.L.MissBlue Revueactivities.(Acalendarwillbeprovided.)
5.TheselectedDebutantecandidatemustbepreparedtopayaDebutante Programfeeandthefeemaybepaidonaninstallmentplanestablishedbythe R.O.Y.A.L.MissBlueRevueProgramandtheDebutanteparentorguardian. (Parents/Guardiansmustattendmandatorymeetings.
