2 cans white shoe peg corn 1 small chopped onion 1 cup mayo 1 cup sour cream 1-2 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos 2 cups grated sharp cheddar

1. In a large serving bowl, mix all ingredients together and chill overnight. 2. Serve with Fritos.
• 2 packages party rolls, potato rolls, Hawaiian rolls, or your favorite rolls. • 1 stick butter • 2 tsp. minced onions • 2 Tbsp. sugar • 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds • 2 Tbsp. sandwich spread • Sliced ham • Sliced cheese

1. Cut rolls in half and put bottoms into foil pan. 2. Line with ham and cheese, then replace top half of rolls. 3. Heat other ingredients in pan and pour over top. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
