AE Boman made a few drawings in 1915 for Orrefors that have been lying around, and this lamp was one of his designs. Axel Enoch Boman sent a number of drawings to Orrefors in 1915. He had been working as an engraver and etcher for Reijmyre glassware (before that at Kosta glass mill) since 1908. These two table lamps are the only known objects designed by AE Boman’s for Orrefors.

Stig Lindberg is known as one of Sweden’s most important postwar designers, creating whimsical studio ceramics and tableware lines during a fruitful career at the Gustavsberg pottery factory between 1937 - 1980. He is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.

Sandra Davolio is one of the most acclaimed Scandinavian ceramists at the moment. Her work can now be found in some of the most beautiful residencies worldwide, as it is gaining interest from an increasing number of international collectors. It is also featured in permanent museum collections including Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris (France), the Smithsonian's Cooper Hewitt Museum, New York (USA), the National Museum in Stockholm (Sweden) and the Museum of Art and Design, New York (USA), among others.

Berndt Friberg, one of Sweden’s most celebrated ceramicists, having worked at the Gustavsberg factory since 1934. He started here as an assistant to both Wilhelm Kåge and Stig Lindberg, before going on to create his own distinct works. He became known as the master of Chinese inspired modern ceramics.

Sissi Westerberg is born in Stockholm and has an MFA in metal craft from Konstfack University College of Arts Crafts and Design, where she worked with conceptual jewellery art. To day her work is mostly in the field of sculpture, video and installation, but often with a strong relationship to the body.

Per B. Sundberg is a Swedish ceramic and glass artist who worked with Orrefors between 1994 - 2005. Some of his works are on display at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. He now works independently as an artist. Unexpected encounters between sculpted nature and combinations of figurines take place. In some works, both in glass and ceramics, Sundberg discusses the concept of function.
