The mission of the Aquinas Boxing Program is to provide a positive influence in the physical and emotional development of each student participating in the program. History has it that the program began 73 years ago as a result of two students fighting on school grounds. A priest stopped the fight and had the two boys come after school and settle it in the ring. They did, and the students who showed up to watch paid 5 cents each, which went to Catholic missions. Today, the program raises between $4,000 to $,5,000 for Basilian F:.~ther :Nlissions in Mexico and Columbia.
