love old homes. What they lack in closet space and electrical outlets they make up for in big, beautiful charm; arched doorways, intricate carved wood, built-in bookcases and handsome hardware. That perfectly imperfect patina of an antique home is not easily—if ever—recreated.
But sometimes we’re faced with the reality of buildings that are on the losing end of their battle with time, as designer Bonnie Paige knows well. Her original plan for a cosmetic renovation quickly became a much more extensive project (p. 34). With creative thinking, she was able to turn out a house that fits right in with the Victorians and Federal façades on her flower-lined Southport street. The challenge for homeowner Courtney McGinnis was grappling with the grand and formal architecture of her Greek Revival home (p. 44). With her business partner, Sam O’Brien, McGinnis runs Clover Design, and the two friends spend their days treasure hunting for home finds and furniture. There was no question that they could fill the house with their eclectic pieces, but they needed architect Kirtley Cameron to make those good bones work for a busy family. The finshed product is a visual treat; rooms layered with color and pattern and texture, but also lived-in and inviting.
SCAN TO EXPLORE
After purchasing a home in Connecticut, New York designer Ryan Lawson began taking part in a New Canaan weekend tradition: lining up for brunch at Rosie. He learned quickly what the locals already knew—that the food is incredible, but the crowds returned faithfully to see owner Rosie Bonura, whose visits from the back kitchen—in between baking batches of giant cookies—are always warm and welcoming. The two became dear friends and eventually, designer and client, tackling Bonura’s 1730-built home (p. 56). Their working relationship sounds like an ideal one—plotting buying trips to faraway places and slowly filling the small rooms of her home with their finds. The end result, with a moody black kitchen at the center of the house, reflects Bonura’s personality and shows off all of her collected keepsakes in one well-designed space. I’m saving the best for last, but you should really read it first. Readers have been voting for Best of the Gold Coast businesses since 2005, and this year, athome is getting in on the list (p. 24). Check out all the winners—your neighbors’ favorites for everything from paint to pools—in one definitive list. A big thank you to everyone who entered our A-List Awards. I can’t wait to see you all at The Village on September 13th to celebrate our winners and show off all your hard work. Tickets are available at athomealistawards.com, and you’ll want to make sure to get them soon!

building’s history (it started as a cottage for the island doctor in 1873) before emerging after a full renovation in 2019 as Block Island Beach House. The reimagined resort pays homage to its storied past, with an elevated surf shack vibe inside and an outdoor space that invites guests to take in perhaps its best feature: the sweeping views of Crescent Beach. Boston firm Elder & Ash dreamed up the redesign, collecting one-of-a-kind antiques and vintage surfboards to evoke the nostalgia of the island’s original beach cottages. Styled alongside modern light fixtures and against a backdrop of statement wallpaper, the result feels fresh. Distressed wood

isitors to Block Island know the iconic property well— with its Victorian façade and wraparound porch—a welcome sight for travelers stepping off the ferry to experience one of Rhode Island’s treasured summer spots. Locals remember it as The Surf Hotel, which anchored the small area of village shops for most of the

furniture sits on hand-selected oriental rugs, and original art hangs on shiplap walls— special touches that complete the homey ambience in each unique room. One of the best ways to take in the view is with a drink in hand. This summer, the cocktail list includes margaritas, rum punch, and plenty of other refreshing concoctions to beckon you in from the beach. Pair your BIBH Surfslide (the hotel’s take on a mudslide) with a plate from The Surf, known for its casual menu, which includes BBQ and seafood-forward shared plates. There’s also the Beach Bar, where you can grab a frosé as you’re coming up from the sand, the perfect way end to a day of swimming or take in the sunset. Your best plan is not have one at all. Book a stay, explore the island on a bike or moped, and carve out plenty of time for beach lounging. Chances are, you’ll become a Block Island regular, too.

s one of the first artists to bring alpaca rugs and fabrics to the United States, Rosemary Hallgarten has been developing and creating textiles with Peruvian artisans for over 15 years. Since 2001, her company has offered clients a range of sustainable products while ensuring that indigenous textile artisans— especially those living in Nepal, Brazil, and Peru—have the support and acclaim they deserve. The Dune Collection, Hallgarten’s newest offering, is inspired by the pristine white sands, rustic coastline, and textured cork trees of Comporta, Portugal. This selection features stunning, visually textured, organic patterns that are both dynamic and versatile; the textiles can make your space feel more subtle or more
dramatic, depending on how you style them. Paola fabric, which is part of the Dune collection, invokes sea and sand and was developed in response to designers’ requests for another outstanding indoor/outdoor fabric that doesn’t sacrifice softness for strength. Hallgarten sources rugs, fabrics, and accessories that reflect her appreciation of family legacy, sense of place, and both ancient and modern art. Most of her products are hand-made by local craftspeople who dye, knot, weave, and embroider in their own homes. Visit her at the New York Design Center or her new Norwalk showroom to see (and touch) them all for yourself. 163 Main Street, Norwalk, rosemaryhallgarten.com

MAKING A MARK
ward-winning, full-service boutique design firm Prudence Home & Design (PHD) has some new digs. Boasting 12-foot ceilings, French doors, and impeccable lighting, the New Canaan location is owner Prudence Bailey’s labor of love. “It’s still not done. I have new desks and chairs coming, but I love how it looks right now!” Prudence was previously running her business out of her own home; the move to a new office, right on a main shopping street in New Canaan, was a much-needed change. “My home felt more like an office than a family home. I couldn’t wait to move!” PHD, founded in 2015, offers clean and fresh interiors that blend modern and traditional styles. The boutique firm assists clients with everything from new construction design and renovations to interior design and styling. Visit PHD’s new home to see how the design firm can help elevate yours. 76 Elm Street, Suite 204, New Canaan, prudencehomes.com
ARTIST LINDA COLLETTA’S CONCEPT SPACE WOWS IN WESTPORT

PRUDENCE BAILEY: STEPHANE KOSSMAN; LINDA COLLETTA: COURTESY OF ARTIST
bstract artist Linda Colletta’s new studio concept space is open in Westport, where she’ll be showing “ElectroWoven” to the public through September. By enhancing abstract art education in the Westport community and by fostering more interaction and collaboration between artists and enthusiasts, Colletta’s new space aims to make studio art more accessible to the public. Her solo exhibition, the first in the new space, features “Wovens,” a series of work by the artist where she explores “the intersection of abstract expressionism and fiber art, with a contemporary twist.” Colletta works mostly in acrylic on raw woven canvas for her “Electro-Woven” pieces, which highlight the physicality involved in her work; the kind of artwork through which, in her own words, she endeavors to find out whether she can “make a mark that has never been made” and wonders, “What is my mark? Was I here?” Be sure to visit her new Westport studio to see for yourself. 33 Elm Street, Westport, lindacolletta.com

What’s On Tap Leisa Cole, showroom consultant at Bender, covers the newest faucets.
MIXED MATERIALS Lately, kitchen and bath faucets have incorporated and combined many materials into one design, like wood, concrete, glass, and mother of pearl.
TEXTURES Another recent trend we’ve noticed for both kitchen and bath faucets has been the use of texture, whether it’s knurling, grooves, or diamond etching.
INDUSTRIAL CHIC A lot of clients and designers have been trending towards a more industrial vibe, sometimes bringing in touches of raw plumbing, for example, to their spaces. This modern, white kitchen is outfitted with some of Bender’s bestselling options for upscale spaces.

rebuild the entire house. While I was doing that, I raised the ceilings, reconfigured rooms, and updated everything to code for today. I kept the old timber and then used it throughout the house for beams and fireplace mantels, just to keep the character of the original house.
How did you find this house?
My last house was a ground-up renovation, and I planned on staying there but ended up selling it. I have a place in Newport, but I needed a new place here, and I’d been looking. This house had been sitting for a while, and it was totally overgrown—you could barely even see it.
What other features did you update?
I really liked the secret doors that Albert Hadley had done, so I incorporated that in closets and cabinetry to look like they’re just panels with a push mechanism. I added a bathroom to make all the bedrooms en suite. I kept the original fireplace but added two gas fireplaces. We changed all the windows, adding huge ones to bring in light. It’s set up high on a hill, and I wanted to bring in all of that natural light. There are all-new systems, underground and in the house. The original exterior framework is exactly what it was. I changed the pergola out and added porticos with this arched detail and corbels, just to give it a lot of character. It actually feels more like Southport than it did before.
What’s the history of the house?
It was built in 1859 and then became an Albert Hadley project in the ‘80s. I appreciated everything he had done (secret closet doors, closet retrofits) but I needed to make it more conducive to today’s family lifestyles with open spaces and a better flow. Originally, I was just going to clean it up—change the landscaping, reposition the kitchen a little bit—so I could have a nice quaint little house in Southport and keep my place in Rhode Island. Then I started taking stuff down and found that the structure of the house was built with old ship timbers and scraps. I had to get an engineer and then basically

wanted to keep that quaint feeling. I didn’t want to put up wainscotting. I kept the trim really simple and used Shaker cabinets. And reusing old wood was really important.
What was your design plan once you started rebuilding?
This is the third house I’ve done in Southport, and I really love the idea of keeping the history of the home and the history of the community but making it better. I wanted to keep the house what it was, what it was supposed to be, in size, scale, general design. So it looks like it was always there, but for today’s lifestyle. Everybody wants it open and for every bedroom to have their own bathroom. And outdoor spaces are so important. This whole first floor is all about that, there’s a patio on the back, a patio on the side from the living room. It goes around in a full circle, from patio to patio. I couldn’t take it down, because it was historic, so I had to build it from the inside out. For the inside, I took the dining room out, and I created an office and a bigger mudroom and bigger laundry room, because it’s just a lot more functional. There was an outside porch where I expanded the kitchen and made that my dining room. I enclosed it in floor-to-ceiling glass, so it would still feel like you were outside. I raised the ceilings but
Tell me about your decision to go dark in the living room.
Everybody thinks that dark rooms are gloomy, but with the right light and light furniture, I just think they’re so warm, homey, and encompassing. You can go there in the day or with a big fire at night. On Sunday, it’s great for reading the paper. Your books are there, the TV’s there. And especially because it’s connected to the patio, you have the large sliding doors, and there’s constant daylight in there. The downstairs feels so open. How were you able to do that?
Large hallways are important. People always think that it’s taking space away from rooms, but it really makes all of the spaces feel so much bigger. It opens up the staircase. It’s amazing how it works. With the kitchen,

when you have larger spaces between the island and your cabinetry, the extra foot goes so far in making the kitchen look bigger. Space planning is really important for me. You never want to feel stuck in any room in any house. What were other areas where you had to think creatively about how to use the space efficiently?
I like having a pantry, and I like having a bar. I could’ve just had a long row of cabinets in an L shape, but instead I added a wall with a door opening and put the same kitchen cabinets in there. All the dishes are in there, the coffee maker, the microwave, toaster oven, all the extra stuff. And it’s just a great use of space; you get rid of seeing all of the appliances. It’s a special little space. When you walk into the living room from the kitchen, you walk by the bar. I had that extra room from the fireplace, so I put a bar right there. Tell us about the cottage.
There was a loft over the garage, and it was just used for storage. The roof was high enough that I could actually get a real staircase in there, and the concept went on from there. I needed an office, and I needed somewhere to stay while I was doing this house. It has a built-in desk system with drawers and cabinetry and then an in-set TV with more drawers and cabinetry and storage in the eaves and a full closet. Downstairs, there’s a kitchenette with sink and wine fridge, cabinetry, and then a full bath.

with the beams on the ceiling and the fireplace. The office in the kitchen is also phenomenal. I have a whole office in the garage, but this one is just easy; I’m here all the time. It’s not a huge house, but I had fourteen people sitting at my table recently. It works. I love the simplicity of the house.
What was the biggest challenge?
Gutting and reframing the house. I was really trying to do a quick fix, and then every time I came back, I realized it was not working. With the engineer involved, I saw what walls I could get rid of, and I ended up just having to reframe the entire house while keeping the exterior framework.

Do you have a favorite room?
Resources:
I would say the living room and my bedroom, which is so cozy. The bedroom is set off—again I used a vestibule—so you come in from the hallway, and there’s a space with a pretty sconce and little shelf with my special things on it, and then there’s a door to the closet and a door to the bathroom and then an antique wood-framed opening, which goes into the bedroom

How was Clover Design born, and how would you describe your design aesthetic? Courtney McGinnis: Sam (O’Brien) and I are good friends from high school. We both raised our families in Bedford, NY, and really love going to flea markets and antique centers. We’ve always created our homes with passed-down pieces of furniture from our families as well as new pieces. We have a very eclectic sense of style, and a collected sense of style, and we realized that we have this shared interest. We had started what became Clover Design at a trunk show venue and realized after, “This would be really great to do forever!” I had a barn at my old house, and Kirtley (Cameron) lived across the street from me, and we had these design and furniture sales there for about six years. We took a hiatus to tend to our kids, but we’ve been back in business now for about three years, with a small space that’s a showroom and an office. Kirtley, what was your introduction to Courtney’s vision of her home? Kirtley Cameron: The first time we walked through the house—an
incredibly gracious, beautiful old house—the design goals that we talked about were to just honor the best old parts of the house. It was clear that some more recent additions were not doing the old house any justice. We took our cues from the oldest and most original part of the house:

the entry. That’s what Courtney fell in love with when she walked in the front door. We also really tried to make the newer part of the house feel like it had always been there. Another goal was to open the house up to the outside and to get more of a connection to the outdoor spaces and the entry. Then, we wanted to make it work for a modern family. There was no mudroom and no laundry room. The design goals were really driven by the house itself. CM: Kirtley’s design sensibility is integrating the older home aesthetic with modern living. That’s really what she does so well—honoring the old, historic elements of a home, and then integrating the modern aspects of living spaces. The three of us working together is so great, because we have the juxtaposition of the newer items, and then Sam’s and my aesthetic of bringing the old world, collected looks into the home.
The layered look of the home’s interior utilizes color, pattern, and texture in every room to create spaces that please the eye from every direction, always warranting a second (or third!) glance.
This project relies heavily on texture and patterned textiles. What was your strategy for all the color and prints? CM: Personally, I love textiles, rugs, and color, and I love mashing colors
together. And I think Sam has grown to love this idea from me. Sam O’Brien: I’m going to interject now. Courtney doesn’t actually love
color! But she loves using textiles for color, because she can shift them around, and she’s not stuck with them forever. She likes the versatility of textiles, because they can change over time. CM: Yes! It’s sort of a thrown-in, layered look, and that’s the look Sam and I like in a home: a look that is layered in different periods of history and different places around the world. And we love patina; we love things that are not new, or bright, or out of the catalogue. We like things with histories and things that have been worn. The formality of the home’s architecture is a strong presence, as opposed to the playfulness of the interior. How did you let the home’s history inform the direction of the design and decoration? KC: It definitely pushed me and challenged me, because that doesn’t come
naturally to me. I’m a bit more sparse in my interior decoration. I love the mix of old and new, and I love the rich materials and the patina, but I don’t really think in terms of textiles or layers or softness. So, knowing from the beginning that was going to be part of this, I think the architectural approach was to create a blank canvas for Courtney and Sam. Our goal for the design was to simplify. I think the main job of the architecture was to get out of the way and to create open spaces that were intimate in scale yet not too busy. CM: I think that’s what’s so great about working with Kirtley; she is not fussy. She’s also very metrical and really feeds off of symmetry, whereas I’m looser in aesthetic, and Sam is probably tighter. The house got to be more playful on the décor side, because we had the symmetry and beautiful foundation of the architecture.

KC: When you both layer, I don’t even think it’s just about textiles. Some
of the finishes that Courtney chose—the plaster finishes, the finishes in the kitchen—all worked so well with all the materials. I think when you see it all together, it looks seamless, but it was a complicated project with a lot of details that needed to come together. Courtney and Sam have a great way of making it look so easy at the end. Tell me about that gorgeous, blue-gray color palette throughout the kitchen. How did you land on that? CM: It was really back and forth. I think we thought it was going to be
white at first. KC: We did go back and forth. I feel like once you decided on it being dark, that color came quickly, but it really started as a warm white. I love the color now. CM: The marble countertop that I found for the kitchen was dark, and I also knew I wanted the island to have that provincial farmhouse look, so the color was in keeping with that grayish coloring of the counter. KC: The center stairs drive the entire floor plan of upstairs and down. It’s a double-wide staircase that basically comes right through the kitchen in the back. We were dealing with a slanted ceiling coming very far down; where the ceiling color ended and the cabinets began was a big challenge for color in the kitchen. Once we got more sunlight in there and more windows, the dark color started to make sense. We’re guessing you were able to utilize vintage pieces that you’d already sourced for this project. Did you have to hunt for more once the design process had started? CM: Sam and I are always hunting. I think, with our rotation of items, we even swap things between our own houses! Mostly furniture. Nothing is permanent. The library is so lovely. It’s fantastically colorful and impactful without being distracting, we imagine, for someone who wants to curl up with a book and get cozy. What specific elements came together to make this room so enviable? KC: The room itself is more of a simplification. It had a lot going on when we first walked into the house. It was very formal and had columns and a lot of heavy trim work. Courtney came in and immediately knew which parts she wanted to keep and which parts she didn’t. We built a new wall in between that room and the mudroom. Once we simplified it, there were some wonderful, old elements that we started to replicate, and we carried those details into the built-ins around the rest of the room. CM: I knew I wanted that room to be dark. The color is from Farrow & Ball, and it’s a gray-green that almost reads as black. After pairing it with that high gloss Fine Paints of Europe on the walls, everything was perfect. I think having the simple, solid sofas—with nothing too fancy on them, because dogs are sleeping on them, and kids are in there with popcorn and toys—lets the walls continue more. And again, using textiles, pattern, pillows, and throws, and being unafraid of color, and rugs, and having

a lot of books. My husband is an avid art collector and historian, so we collect books on home and travel. It’s like wall art, having bookshelves— and ones that aren’t too curated, either. They’ve got to be a little messy. There are stacks of books on the floor. It’s very lived-in. I prefer rooms where you can tell someone lives in there. Courtney, what’s your favorite thing about this house? CM: That house was not who I feel like I am. It’s very formal, very grand,
and very confined, with neighbors on all sides. I found that I could create a lot from that space. Tell us how you met? Ryan Lawson: My partner and I have a house on the border of New
Canaan and Wilton, and we ended up meeting Rosie in her restaurant (also called Rosie) twelve years ago and became friends incrementally. Now we go around the world and have decorating projects together. How soon into your friendship did you start talking about this house? RL: Actual years? I don’t know. Rosie’s kids were phasing out of being at
home, she was newly divorced, and she loved this house as a concept, but it wasn’t in the best shape. Rosie Bonura: I had started a renovation and was working with someone who was not great. I thought Ryan was so busy in the city or not interested, but I finally got the courage to say, “I need help! Help me!” RL: And as many projects do, the scope expands. Ultimately, it started with the kitchen and the back room, and then it spilled into the living room. “I want to do a sofa,” turned into, “Let’s go to Morocco and get carpets,” and then we ended up shopping for side tables in Los Angeles. The room has many points of reference, things Rosie has had for a really long time and also things that are brand new. Tell me about the history of this house: RB: Built in 1730, it was the first house on this road. It was owned by a man named Matthew Sherwood for his family, then it just got passed down from generation to generation. I’m only the fifth owner in all those years. How did you approach making changes to a house with such a history? RL: We used antique chestnut to make the bookshelves in the library, and I designed them in a way that felt as original as we could. We had them made in an old wood, painted in milk paint and then waxed, instead of using a plasticky paint. It’s very subtle, but I think it’s important when you’re entrusted with a house that’s been here as long as it has, and it’s been part of the conversation. You have to take good care. When you came onto the project, did you already have a plan in terms of the scale of the house? Was there ever a conversation about expanding further? RB: I’m near the wetlands, so I couldn’t extend in that direction, but my dream was always to expand on the other side of the house, which is what we’re doing now, having a barn built (currently in progress). I actually like that it’s tiny. Opening that whole area (of the kitchen) added so much. RL: And we opened it up from the little labyrinth-type rooms; it didn’t flow. The interesting thing is that we didn’t expand the house but instead built around what was a back porch. It really changed the way Rosie could use the house and keep the eating and dining together. It’s very much in line with how she entertains and hosts friends and family. The kitchen is now a part of the entertaining process. Before, the kitchen was in a small little dark room, and the dining room was in what’s now the library. It was detached from the kitchen, and we knew that she’d have a new dining

space off the kitchen, so I talked Rosie into not having another dining room but to use this room as a more day-to-day, flexible room that could do double duty as a library as well as a place for making cocktails. RB: At first I said, “What am I going to do at Christmas?” And then I realized, it was so tight with everyone jammed in, and the new space is so much better because everyone just hangs out.
and absorb lots of different things that we pulled together over time. Obviously, the kitchen was going to be a space that Rosie had a lot of input in. Were you both in agreement from the start about the design and how it was going to work for her? RL: It was really the germ of the whole project. RB: There weren’t a ton of options about where to go in terms of layout.
I knew the view to the back was the best, so the sink had to face that. But that was mostly it. RL: The paint is Mopboard Black (by Benjamin Moore), and Rosie actually pushed me to say yes to that. She said, “I want black everywhere.” I said, “Let’s do gray.” But the black works because there’s a lot of light that comes in from these windows.
Would you say the plan really evolved from room to room versus having a larger plan for the whole house? RL: It was a slow percolation, I think. Somewhere in my head, there was an
idea that was defined enough to make smart decisions at the beginning; ordering the big things, finding a collection of carpets that could anchor the entire house. But that plan was not so defined that I couldn’t expand

What do you think was the biggest challenge? RL: I would say that it’s not dissimilar to other projects in that you have to edit. That’s the biggest and continuing challenge about working together. There’s a certain amount of a layered look that you want—it’s what I think is so great about how the house ended up—but there is a point where too much stuff crowds the vision. You want to make sure that there’s enough room for all these different ideas and references to live in the house but keep a tight enough thread so that it doesn’t feel all over the place, a mess, disjointed. Rosie, What’s your favorite room in the house? RB: Definitely, the library. When I’m in here, I can look around and see
all the treasures from our trips. RL: The inlaid Moroccan bar was the impulse for this room, and we found
it in a garage in suburban Marrakesh. We put the bookshelves in, and I found the Art Deco lamp and had a custom shade made for it. There’s a painting from someone I found in New York City. Rosie sits on the sofa in the morning to look through her books.

This room encapsulates the idea of the house. This is the nucleus of that multi-faceted look where lots of references can fit pulled together and hopefully feel somewhat intentional. Very little of the real estate in this room is bookshelves, but it’s still very much a library. And the editing is the other side of the story. It’s a dream to get to work with someone like Rosie, who has a point of view, who has objects, and has a curious eye, and buys things and says to me, “We have to make these things work”. It’s so much better to have someone as a client and a collaborator who has something to work with. —interview by megan gagnon Resources: Interior Design: Ryan Lawson, LLC, 212-534-6800; ryanlawson.com

athome with...TATA HARPER FAMILIAR FACES SHARE THEIR LOCAL FAVORITES
Her cult favorite skincare products are formulated on a farm in Vermont, but Tata Harper calls New Canaan home. We caught up with the green beauty queen about getting outside, guilty pleasures, and the secret to getting that summer glow.
My guilty pleasure is ... dark chocolate. I eat it every day. It is good for your body (loaded with antioxidants and improves heart health) and for your brain (improves cognitive functions). My go-to spot for an al fresco meal or cocktail is ... Tavern at GrayBarns. My favorite thing about my home is ... the location. It is surrounded by wonderful vegetation, including oak trees that remind me of my farm in Vermont, with easy access to town and school.
Harper’s summer skin rotation of products from her line
My latest skincare routine includes ... one that exfoliates, plumps, and volumizes to keep my skin looking healthy and ageless. I start with my favorite Glow Getter hack which uses the Regenerating Cleanser and Resurfacing Mask together to give you double the benefits. To do this trick, first use Regenerating Cleanser on dry skin, and then apply the Resurfacing Mask directly on top. Massage the products together, and leave it on for five to fifteen minutes before rinsing with warm water. Regenerating Cleanser pre-exfoliates
the skin with apricot microspheres so that the pomegranate enzymes and BHA in the Resurfacing Mask can really remove dead skin cells and buildup and leave you with fresh, glowing skin. After that, I use Elixir Vitae, which is our most potent face serum. I call it my “daily dose of injectables” because it has a complex of four neuropeptides that help relax and diminish the look of wrinkles. I follow with Elixir Vitae Eye Serum; it has the same neuropeptides plus microcirculationboosting technology to minimize the look of dark shadows and puffiness. I finish the facial with our Reparative Moisturizer. I always love the way my skin looks and feels after this mini-facial, it’s my go-to for total skin rejuvenation.

The best thing about summer in Connecticut is ... all the outdoor activities. Connecticut is the best place for that; I can drive the kids to the beach or plan long walks in the amazing parks.
My latest local obsession is ... definitely Grace Farms. When I’m not here, my warm weather travel destination is ... Colombia. My entire family is there. I try to go as often as I can.
