Valiasr commercial building is a renovation project, it is located in the Valiasr street in Tehran, Iran which is said to be the longest street in Iran with lots of important buildings. It is for sure one of the most important cultural zones in Tehran. The goal of the design team was to depict a modern project with the most possible visibility from the street. Tall glass double facade framed by concrete gets the light to almost every space and grabs the attention of passing pedestrians. Before renovation

EN High level concepts of Lybra Cafe stems from social aspects; the neighbourhood hosts some of the best univerKITC sities of Iran, along with many cultural, commercial and HEN administrative buildings. So this cafe is designed in a way that can respond to all of the variable needs of different customers. In order to achieve this goal, the Circulation design team decided to construct different zones in the cafe; each with a different porpose. The majority of constomers areCirculation students from nearby universities, therefore the first floor is dedicated to them; K EN offering ITaCHvariety of different accomodations. They can enjoy free electricity and are welcome to bring their laptops here and do their work for as long as they want and KITC HEN they will not be charged for being in the free zone, unless they order something. The entrance is alocated to the take-away costomers, they can order a cup of caffee and take it with them or Circulation instead have a short rest on the exterior bench and enjoy their time. They won’t be charged for using this bench aswell. This zone can also be a stage for the street muCirculation sicians; mostly students of art schools in the neighbourK hood. ITCHEN Upper floor is the smoking area for the people who want to smoke while eating foor or having a drink. They can KITC also use the beautiful view of balcony if they wish. HEN

Hmm..

Design team decided to use exposed concrete as the main material in both saloons. In order to have a quality concrete with lower cost to meet the not so high budget of this small project, it was decided to train unprofessional workers to use a DIY method of making concrete that was much cheaper than other options. Interestingly, the result was much better than expected. Later on, the concrete panels and boxes were used to host electricity sockets and flowers.

This building was an unused small left over building at the corner of a 10.000m2 garden, we renovated it into a home-office; a place where client wanted mostly to hold meetings in or spend a few hours when he is at the place. Project consisted of reinforcing the structure, designing interiors, facade and landscape.

Darband Event Hall was an interior design project, I worked on this project as a member of a 5 people team. we were all responsible for delivering all essential design and constraction documents, rom its initial design level to the finishing stages, as well as participating in meetings with client and third parties under supervision of the project manager. Working in this project with with Hadi Teherani Architects was a great experiment for me in my career. Wedding Hall No. 1 Explanation: -

Contractor has to control and coordinate all architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and other relevant drawings and specifications to check and report any inconsistency and error to the consultants.

-

All Dimensions and levels have to be verified on site by the contractor prior to construction and preparation of shop drawings.

-

The contractor must not deviate from the plans and details without obtaining written approval from the consultant. Any errors or conflicts should be brought to the attention of the consultants before proceeding with the scope of work involved.

Contractor is responsible for producing a complete set of coordinated shop drawings for all scope of the works for consultants' approval, prior to the execution.

All works and materials are subjects to inspection and approval by the client and the consultants.

Eilkhaneh, with a pioneer approach of design was one of the most influencing projects for me, Not only I learned a lot during making presentation documents for this project, but also I tried to present it in the best possible way. Many new ways of presentation have been used in this project. From combining pictures with wall section to generating high resolution 3D sections from the whole project. This led to a good understanding of this complicated project. one thing I learned during this project was that it’s much harder to talk about good project than the normal ones! since it has to be accurate and presentator should cover all the different aspects of the project.

As it can be noticed, one of the most amazing things about this project is it’s facade with thousands of louvers giving the project a beautiful solid shape, as well as provideng a continuous view to the Caspian sea. Nashtaroud is also unique in it’s planning between Iranian projects, it has elevated villas each with dedicated outdoor green space. Some of these units have a room which can use as a room of the villa or as a single unit for guests or other people.

Becouse of special taste of the client and in order to make a creative atmosphere in this apartment, many complex strategies has been taken in the design process of Juan apartment. being a member of design team in this project has helped me to have a better understanding of sections. It was a good sample of turning normal flats into doublex and triplex units. The client demanded a design for a residential apartment in 3 storeys, located in a middle-class district of Semnan city. With respect to negotiations with the client and in order to create a maximal usable area, the design switched from an ordinary apartment block of two separate units to two separate triplex and duplex units, because the client was interested in level differences in one single unit. Two of these units were combined together on the main faรงade, letting maximum natural light in from the street. In the triplex unit, a central void was placed in the heart of the building to connect all the spaces together and to make all the spaces visible from there. The public and private spaces were also separated from each other by this void.

Valiasr Culture House is the design part of my master’s project: “Cultural complex design according to the effects of spatial qualities on spatial assets”. Goal of the project was to design a cultural complex in which people find the scence of belonging in,this goal accomplished by the use of factors I have found in my thesis.

Has risen by the Piloti, this proposed house A unit is devided to two open and closed space verically. The open space which is created at ground level not only reacts sufficiently to tough environmental climate condition, but also provides users a flexible semipublic space. Interior space of the house is considered as flexible as possible. The sliding wooden partitions can create different type of rooms. In addition the accordion windows can thoroughly relate the inside and outside. Since the natives use roof of their houses so frequently during nights, the roof of this house unit is designed in a way to fulfill this demand.

Temporary shaders allow the usage of rooftop even under direct sunlight on daytime.The high parapet provides privacy and security for the family members.

Usage of concrete along with domestic materials leads to a fast and cheap construction. Cantex is a domestic panel made from straw. It is used for thermal and moisture insulation, keeps insects out and is cheap.

The stair case corridor provides one level of privacy and works as a filter between the exterior and interior spaces.

Straw panels used in facade are used to fight sand storms and bad weather at the time of need. These panels are mounted on a rail system and are flexible.

Deep frames provide a better shade agianst direct sunlight and also provides a better protection against heavy rainsvv.

The open space on the ground floor provides a semi-public space for the inhabitants of the building and the neighbours when needed.

The Buddhas of Bamiyan were an ancient monument in Afghanistan which dynamited and destroyed in March 2001 by the Taliban. In this project we tried to turn those empty voids into the main concept of design. So by designing various sections and joining them togather we shaped our buildings with different atmospheres yet similar to each other and to the bamian sculptures.

Padideh Kish Resort Competition L.E.D Architects - 2013 Responsibilities: Design development, Physical model making, presentaion Padideh Kish is a destination resort in Kish Island, iran. My main responsibility in this project was making the physical model with the scale of 1:1000. It was made from laser-cut plexi sheets and foam boards, and different methods were used to make the personage. The size of the model is 200x120 cm and was coated with a white paint after the parts were put in the appropriate places.
