INSTALLATION PARTNER EVALUATION

1

2

3

Understand project criteria (building requirements, product type/style, design priorities, etc.).

Evaluate the strengths of at least four installation partners using past performance as key data point. With the project scope understood and product experience factored in, shortlist to three approved subcontractors.

Present project requirements to each and solicit bids for known scope (based on typicals provided).

4

5

6

Recommend preferred installation partner based on pricing, history of partnerships/ support, demonstrated understanding of project scope, and strengths of key personnel.

Revisit RFP pricing with all three installers for pricing improvements due to greater economyof-scale (bundling in complete project scope of conference, ancillary, back-ofhouse, etc.).

Share updated pricing and make final recommendation to Mintz.
