1. Review furniture layouts with Gensler and Mintz to obtain final approval. 2. Conduct field verification for the final furniture layout. 3. Complete internal design audits in conjunction with manufacturer. 4. Submit final design package for proposal to Mintz and order entry to manufacturers. 5. Review shop drawings with Gensler and key project members (GC, AV/IT sub, etc.) 6. Monitor critical site conditions including floor cores, rough-ins, “hold to� dimensions, etc. 7. Provide weekly status on order tracking and coordinate with GC to align installation schedule with construction phasing. 8. Develop delivery and installation plan in coordination with GC and AV/IT subcontractors.

Understand project criteria (building requirements, product type/style, design priorities, etc.).
Evaluate the strengths of at least four installation partners using past performance as key data point. With the project scope understood and product experience factored in, shortlist to three approved subcontractors.
Present project requirements to each and solicit bids for known scope (based on typicals provided).

Recommend preferred installation partner based on pricing, history of partnerships/ support, demonstrated understanding of project scope, and strengths of key personnel.
Revisit RFP pricing with all three installers for pricing improvements due to greater economyof-scale (bundling in complete project scope of conference, ancillary, back-ofhouse, etc.).
Share updated pricing and make final recommendation to Mintz.
