A collection of miscellaneous historical photographs of North Idaho College (NIC). Included in some collections are depictions of racially disparaging practices and symbols, such as minstrel shows and blackface.
NIC does not condone such practices or symbols. The college is committed to its core value of Diversity and to providing opportunities to develop cultural competence, increase global awareness, and support social justice and ethical responsibility. The library includes all photos in the collection to provide evidence of the college’s past.
