SUMMARY OF MY CV

August 2014 I am a freelance Graphic Designer with an Honor´s Degree in Design from ELISAVA (UPF) Escola Superior de Disseny i Enginyeria Elisava (1), Barcelona 1997-‐2001. Postgraduate Diploma in Community Development and Socio-‐cultural Organisation: Project Management, in the IDEC-‐Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2) in 2012. I specialise in design and project management for the improvement of the well-‐being of the elderly, with an holistic point of view. With this aim I have completed a Postgraduate program in Active Ageing from IDEC-‐Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2014). I am currently doing a Degree in Art History at UNED. I have multidisciplinary training: Management of Kids/youth Leisure activities, Scenery, Fashionable Design, Training in the method "Orff Schulwerk -‐ Arts Integration" (3), creative movement, etc. I have been a cultural projects technician in TRANSIT, a pioneering company wich offers cultural management services (4). I have also been an Instructor in charge of the program "Interarts" – A Summer camp at the XAMFRÀ music Center (Raval, Barcelona), a non-‐ profit entity that has won many prizes for its involvement in social activities (5). At the same time, I designed the poster for and coordinated the experimental workshop Soundpainting at the Festival "Punto y Raya 2012 " (6) wich was celebrated at the Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB) (7) with great succes. From December 2012 to April 2014, I was a sociocultural worker for Welfare Services at the Germans Aymar i Puig Foundation in the town of Alella (8), where I obtained very positive results with creative -‐ stimulating activities, and the intergenerational actions I carried out with the participants. I am currently collaborating with the Santa Susanna Foundation (Caldes de Montbui), in the residential centre for the elderly (9), where I design and do workshops and decorations in order to motivate their participation and adapatation, helping the application of the PCC model (Personal Centred Care). In 2014 I was granted a scholarship from the Príncep de Girona Foundation to take part in the Forum Impulsa (10). I have received an invitation from the Municipality of Oslo. I consider myself creative, in charge, a hard worker with team spirit and empathy towards the elderly. My principal aim is to continue, through arts and design, contributing to this world that has given me so much. (Sites of interest at page 15) 5

Social Care Resource Centre for the elderly (175 beds, 64 seats daytime, ambulatory care and home care) which provides Coordinated assistance to the village of Caldes and nearby towns.
