Bentley Motors is set to bring its brand DNA to real estate with its first branded residences.

The evolution of the typical car into a living space is well documented in these pages. There’s a Rolls-Royce with a built-in champagne bar, and a Renault 4L that transforms into a suite. Last issue we revealed that Porsche Design – an offshoot of the automobile company – is bringing its signature aesthetic to the hotel sector, and now, Bentley Motors has announced the expansion of its business too, with branded residences set to land in Miami.

Developed in partnership with Dezer Development – whose real estate portfolio includes ventures with Porsche and Armani Casa – Bentley Residences will house more than 200 luxury apartments, each featuring a private balcony, pool and sauna. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the 60-storey cylindrical tower will debut on Sunny Isles Beach in 2026.

Inside, the aesthetic is characterised by the high-quality craftsmanship that has defined the Bentley marque for over a century. A palette of signature hues and textures – think cream leather and walnut panelling – features throughout, complemented by petrol blue and charcoal accents. In the apartments, motorinspired artworks hang above the bed while highly polished veneer tables are reminiscent of the car’s crafted dashboards.

Communal amenities include a restaurant and whisky bar as well as a cinema and gaming room, each featuring subtle nods to the Bentley brand through its design and accessories. Bentley has made sure to cater to luxury car owners too, providing all residents with their own multi-car garage accessed via a patented vehicle elevator.

“The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity, sustainability and innovation,” explains Adrian Hallmark, Chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors. “We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”
