Dare to be Different

With a deep understanding of the inner workings of the hospitality industry, Ranjan Salis was able to identify gaps in the supply chain and set about launching a one-stop resource for the F&B sector. Established in Dubai in 2006, Renarte Hospitality Supply works with hotels, catering to establishments and standalone restaurant concepts to provide premium tableware through a streamlined procurement process.
“Having led a hotel supplies business for eight years, I knew the only way forward was for me to set up my own business using my first hand-experience,” reflects Salis. “In addition to this, I wanted to bring a fresh outlook to the term ‘distributor’ in terms of market approach and flexibility. Our company ethos is teamwork aligned towards total customer satisfaction in the most ethical manner.” Since then, the business has grown exponentially, achieving global reach with offices in Qatar and Canada, and forging a number of partnerships with manufacturers in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
