The first is the movement within the European Union of citizens of the Member States who, according to internal regulations, have the right to reside in any chosen country of the community and the possibility of using the labor market, social security and the institutional system. The second is the influx of immigrants from outside the EU and the presence in these societies of people and cultural communities formed by successive generations of previously arrived immigrants.

Contemporary European societies are no longer homogeneous societies in their current dimension and understanding, the internal cohesion of which creates and strengthens a uniform identity, history, axiology and culture. One of the consequences is a significant increase in social tensions, and a change in attitudes and preferences. The world has undoubtedly been and is culturally diverse, complicated and will probably remain so for a long time, regardless of certain uniformization

Migration movements make modern societies become The fascination with otherness, diversity, and diversity attracts not only those intrigued by the so-called true travelers ready to take a risk and, often in Spartan conditions, sleep or go for a ride. It can be and probably is an attraction for tourists hungry for an exotic adventure, longing for the so-called the real thing, disappointed with the reality in which they live.

Contact with representatives of other cultures is becoming an experience for many of us, and in some countries, such as France, for example, they are everyday experience.

JOLANTA KARASIŃSKA POLISH ARTIST PRESENTATION BY JURASZ DOBRAWA Jolanta Karasińska born in Czeladz. Lives and works in Barlinek. What she does now has been greatly influenced by the environment she came into contact with after her arrival in Barlinek. Everyday contact with art - painting and ceramics - could not have worked otherwise. Jolanta is a poet, author of three books for children and two volumes of poetry for adults. With time, she transformed her sensitivity to poetry into colors and paintings. This has become her passion. Since November 2011 she has been a member of a painting group 'In the circle of art'. She actively participates in group exhibitions at home and abroad.

She willingly participates in open airs and meetings with people of art. The artist cooperates with young people - with the Theater of Poetry "Wiatrak", Little Plantation of Imagination. She belongs to an editorial team of a cultural monthly "ECHO BARLINEK", in which, apart from writing articles, promoting poetry, she designs and watches over the graphic layout of the newspaper. She conducts workshops and promotional meetings in Barlinek and has been awarded the title of Barlinek Ambassador. Her dream is to publish another book for children with her own illustrations. She believes that art not only soothes the heart, but gives joy, educates, helps to find it and realize one's dreams. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Poznan Branch of the Polish Writers' Union.

culture vs fashion •Fashion is not only about the appearance of a person, theirclothes, ornaments and jewelry. In my opinion, fashion is an element influencing the social life of a person, shaping him also in the spheres of emotionality, sensitivity to art, as well as giving patterns of behavior in everyday life. Following this line of thinking, it can even be said that fashion is an ethical model. •Culture is a manifestation of rational and free human activity, unlike nature. Culture understood in this way is not always glorified. In literature, we encounter different approaches to this topic. For example, J. Roussean - the author of "The Sentimental Concept of Nature" - showsnature as something noble and valuable, places it one degree above the human superstructure, than culture. •Fashion in Traditions: The custom of decorating spruce or fir came to Poland from Germany It isassumed that the tradition of sharing the wafer as we knowittodaydatesback to the 18th century. Breaking the wafer allows you to sit down to supper in harmony and understanding. The firstPolish Christmas carols were translated from Latin and from Czech. Then the Polish ones appeared. The author of the firstChristmas carol in the 15th century is St. Francis. The prototype of the proper menu, a kind of fairy-tale Nicholas, was the bishop of Mira (published by Turkey), who was in the 3rd century. To sup up, fashion though centuries influensed every aspect of our lives

THE MANIFESTATIONS OF GLOBAL CULTURE THAT I SEE by Maja Czerwińska

Hey, what is global culture? Dodaj trochIt is a phenomenon that leads to the transformation and unification of individual national and national cultures in accordance with the trends that dominate the culture of the most expansive countries. As a result of the conquest of Alexander the Great, the Greek world expanded the borders, both political and cultural. Two cultures collided, which resulted in the emergence of completely new trends in religion, art and philosophy. MAIN AREAS OF GLOBAL CULTURE INFLUENCE

holidays & pastimes food art&music business language subcultures cosmopolitanism

i

Pop-culture made us enjoy this kind of holidays, especially Valentines Day and Halloween. Some of them came from the USA, but for example, Christmas is from the Christian tradition without this hype over it in pop-culture it won’t be that popular around the world.

ART & MUSIC

DodajFinally, art doesn’t have any borders! People can do everything - they can mix kinds of music, kinds of instruments, methods of painting, methods of sketching - literally everything. There is no longer strict norms or themes in art. We are free.

Food is no longer the only regional thing. We can eat whatever we want, whenever we want. A very famous kind of food now is fast food - hotdogs, burgers etc. Of course, it's not healthy, but it tastes good so people keep buying it.

LANGUAGE think we all can agree that 3 of the most common languages are Mandarin, English and Spanish. There are everywhere. With knowing at least one of them we can speak to anyone anywhere, and they will understand. Isn't it fantastic? We don't have language borders anymore!

subcultures

There is a small number of countries without restaurants like McDonald’s or KFC. Asian and European cuisine became more popular too.

Subcultures like goths, lolitas, punks, drag queens etc. became popular because of social media and pop-culture. Now it’s nothing wrong with liking these kinds of fashion. The biggest spots of subcultures are New York and Harajuku district in Tokyo.

COSMOPOLITANISM

“Cosmopolitanism" is the idea that community exist at the global level”. We all are humans, we all do the same. We can live everywhere we want, we can travel everywhere we want. We can appreciate other cultures and languages and become more experienced persons.
