- 10ml MONIN Cinnamon
- 1 shot fresh espresso
- Two dashes liquid smoke
- 20ml MONIN Honeycomb
- 210ml House black cold brew
- 10ml MONIN Ginger
Add all to rocks glass over ice
- 320ml Textured oat milk
Garnish with orange twist
Layer all in latte glass and garnish with fine shaved chocolate
MULLED CAFFEINE
SPICED CHOCOLATE
- 10ml MONIN Falernum
- 20ml MONIN Vanilla
- 10ml MONIN Grenadine
- 1 Teaspoon Lotus Biscoff Spread
- 320ml Batch brew coffee
- 320ml texture chocolate milk
Add all to mug, garnish with seasonal spices and dried fruit

HOT BUTTERED MILK - 20ml MONIN Butterscotch - 1 Teaspoon butter - 1 Pinch of salt - 320ml Full Cream Milk Add all to milk jug and texture like cappuccino Skewered Werther’s Soft to garnish
- Whipped Cream to top Add all to mug. Lotus Biscuit to garnish
TOASTED MARSHMALLOW SHAKE - 30ml MONIN Toasted Marshmallow - 320ml Almond Milk - 2 Scoops vanilla ice cream Add all to blender and blend until consistent Garnish with MONIN chocolate sauce + freshly toasted marshmallows
