The Christmas season is rushing up on us again and Aussies want more than ever to be sitting in the sunshine, putting their glasses together and drinking some damn fine drinks. Knowing this, we have put together some seasonal inspiration for you. Don’t stick to the same Espresso Martini you have always made. Demand better booze. Guidance within. Produce an innovative and profitable menu with these carefully selected popular drink styles this Christmas.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS CHRISTMAS SPRITZ 30ml MONIN Mandarin • 40ml The West Winds Gin Sabre • 20ml Soda 40ml Dry Sparkling Wine Add all to wine glass or globlet over ice. Garnish with Citrus rope.
BAKED ESPRESSO MARTINI 20ml MONIN Chocolate Cookie • 50ml Chase Potato Vodka 30ml Fresh espresso Add all to shaker with ice. Shake hard to chill and aerate. Fine strain into Cocktail glass. Garnish with cookie.
SANGRIA 15ml MONIN Ginger • 90ml Dry red wine • 45ml Lemonade • Spices and citrus Add all to wine glass or goblet over ice. Stir and allow fruits and herbs to infuse. Garnish with dried fruits, spices and oils.

Add all to tea cup or rocks glass. Stir to combine. Garnish with peaches, spices and citrus peal.
CHAPLIN SPRITZ 20ml MONIN Lime Rantcho • 20ml Chase Sloe Gin • 20ml Apricot Brandy 20ml Soda Water • 45ml Sparkling wine Add all to wine glass or goblet over ice. Garnish with seasonal fruits.
B L A C K O L D FA S H I O N E D 10ml MONIN Chai Tea • 50ml Berry Bros & Rudd Blended Malt 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters Add all to mixing glass with ice. Stir to combine. Strain over fresh ice into rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel and spices.
MACA NOG 30ml MONIN Macadamia • 50ml Don Papa Rum • 100ml Full cream milk 2 whole eggs Heat full cream milk. Whisk eggs with MONIN Macadamia Syrup. Slowly add warm milk. Return mix to the heat and reduce until desired texture. Add Don Papa Rum and serve in rocks glass.
