MELBOURNE MICHELADA 100ml Tabasco Bloody Mary Mix • 10ml MONIN Lime Rantcho 100ml Good Aussie Pale Ale Build all into pot glass over ice. Garnish with celery stick
CENTURY LEMONADE 50ml AVOSH Premium Vodka • 15ml MONIN Triple Sec 5ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho • Ocean Spray Ruby Red to top Add all to rocks glass over ice with a pinch of salt. Garnish with fresh dehydrated Grapefruit
SPF 100 (SPICE, PEAR, FIREBALL) 20ml MONIN Habanero Lime • 30ml Fireball • 210ml Pear Cider 2 dashes Tabasco green sauce Add all to Collins glass over ice. Lime wedge to garnish
