- 15ml MONIN Honeycomb - 45ml Spiced Rum - 1 whole egg - Fentiman’s Ginger beer to top
- 10ml MONIN Butterfly Pea - 10ml MONIN Pure Cane - 40ml West Winds: The Sabre - 100ml Soda Water - 10ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho
Dry shake. Wet shake. Fine strain into beer glass. Top with Fentiman’s to achieve “beer like” head
Build all over ice. Stir to create colour-changing. garnish in glass

- 50ml Chase Distillery Potato Vodka - 20ml MONIN Mojito Mint - 10ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho - Two Dashes Pink Spirdust - Ocean Spray Pink to top
- 20ml MONIN Cherry - 20ml AVOSH Bottlebrush Honey - 20ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur - 10ml Cold brew coffee
Add all to wine glass over ice. Spirdust to act as garnish
Add all to cocktail mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Black Cherry to garnish

- 20ml West Winds Cutlass Gin - 20ml White Rum - 10ml MONIN Orgeat - 10ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho - 60ml Fresh OJ
Add all to wine glass over ice Garnish with fresh dehydrated orange
Build all in tiki mug over ice. Float Oloroso Sherry on top. Garnish with mint + dry ice
