Halloween Drinks Special CAFÉ MENU
BUTTERBEER
BLACK TO SQUARE ONE
- 15ml MONIN Honeycomb - 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Protein Powder - Fentiman’s Ginger Beer to top
- 90ml Dark Cold Brew Coffee - 10ml MONIN Blackberry Syrup
Build all into Beer glass. Stir to combine.
Add all to goblet over crushed ice. Garnish with cream.
*Add Rum for a spooky booze-twist
* Get creative with spooky props as garnishes
POTION’S ELEVEN
UNICORN LEMONADE
- 10ml MONIN Green Mint - 90ml Lemonade (Dash of sweetened cream is a spooky optional touch)
- 15ml MONIN Butterfly Pea - 10ml MONIN Sugar Syrup - 90ml Soda Water - Lemon Juice to garnish
Add all to tall glass over ice. Garnish with beetroot leaves (ooooh)
Layer all in order over ice in a tall or wine glass. Stir lemon juice at final moment for colour changing aesthetic
