SOUNDLESS is a campaign created to promote HEAROS earplugs. To expand the campaign I created an app that would educate users on the seriousness of hearing loss and provide an opportunity to acquire HEAROS earplugs through a store finder, online store, and direct mail.
User Story // Matt wants to see if the work environment of his construction site could be damaging his workers ears.
1 He opens the app and sees the decibel meter (the home screen). He holds up his phone in the middle of the job site and presses the middle start button.

As the app gauges the surrounding noise Matt sees a status bar, which gives him an estimate on how long the process is going to take.
The app gives Matt a final readout in decibels of the surrounding noise. He sees that the sound is potentially harmful and decides to look into buying some of the suggested ear plugs for his workers.
Matt chooses the OTHER OPTIONS button and is directed to a menu of all the HEAROS products.
He explores each ear plug type further, reads recommendations, and testimonials, and then decides to buy several pairs using the online store.
Matt hits CHECKOUT and is taken to his basket where he is able to edit and pay for his final order.
User Story // Matt received his online order of earplugs and was so happy with them that he decided to order more for his workers. He doesn’t have time to wait for them to ship so he uses the store finder to find a location nearby to purchase them himself.

As the app checks the surrounding area Matt sees a status bar, which gives him an estimate on how long the process is going to take.
The app gives Matt a map with all the surrounding carriers marked. He looks at the map and taps on the location closest to him to get directions.
User Story // Matt recommends the SOUNDLESS app to his wife who hasn’t been able to sleep at night because of his snoring. She’s not sure what type of earplug would best fit her so she decides to try the compatibility quiz to try a couple of free samples before she makes a purchase.

She opens the compatibility quiz through the main menu, fills out the short questioner, and taps on the DONE, MATCH ME button.
She sees and explores her three matches, and then enters in her shipping information.
After submitting her shipping information she is taken to a confirmation screen telling her that her free sample is on its way.
