The Chamber has created a new space for place makers, creatives, small businesses, entrepreneurs, freelancers and the community to connect, innovate, create, train and empower. Called the Work Together Business Studio and Co-Space, located at 600 S. Court Street, the space offers co-working and meeting spaces, but it will also host dynamic NEW programming and events beginning in 2020. Everything about the space’s look, feel and programming is planned to bring people together to share ideas, issues and successes with no boundaries. No matter their dream, passion or current position, the Business Studio is a place where anyone can come create the life and world they want. RENTAL NOTES The rental agreement must be signed and paid in advance to hold the reservation. New Members are entitled to one room rental reservation during regular office hours at no cost during the first year of Chamber Membership. TVs with HDMI inputs, wi-fi, white boards, 100 Chairs, and 16 Classroom Tables are included in the rental fee. Any organization planning to serve alcoholic beverages on the premises while using Chamber facilities, must present a certificate of insurance as evidence of $1,000,000. Liquor Law Liability coverage (as required by our insurance carrier) to the Chamber at least three days prior to the day of the event. Any press conference or meeting of a political nature is not permitted due to the non-partisan standing of the organization. All press conferences are subject to the approval.
RENTAL RATES Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Rental rates are set in four hour increments Evening and weekend rentals are available, but are subject to staff availability and require additional custodial and security fees over and beyond the rental rate MEETING SPACES
