MY FAVORITE BOUQUET

Six floral designers share their favorite bridal blossoms

We love a bold statement piece, which is why this dramatic crescentshaped bouquet is one of our favorite designs of the year! It’s a modern interpretation of a classic cascade, yet still embodies the romantic style Belli Fiori is known for. The bouquet was designed to complement the bride’s gown, showcasing the asymmetrical neckline and romantic silhouette. We love when our clients trust us to see beyond their original vision and elevate it to new heights!”

The vibrant colors of the bouquet, the elements of dried owers, and the shape just speak to me. I feel like the colors draw your eye in and the orchids make a statement. When designing the bouquet, I wanted to create a unique shape and color scheme. The different combinations of owers show how mixing elegant stems like the orchids with your everyday owers like carnations can work when you get the right color combination and balance.”

This is one of my favorite bouquets because of the simplicity of the selection of simple, but elegant Garden Roses, Astilbe and Ecuadorian Roses. The soft sage shades of Silver Dollar Eucalyptus just add to the serene color palette. I feel this bouquet is beautiful whether in a formal ballroom, winery or farm-style setting.”

In this bouquet, Elegant Roses are paired with seasonal details in a variety of shapes and sizes, including locally grown accents like Cosmos, Chocolate Lace Flower, Zinnias, and fresh herbs—creating tons of visual interest and a heavenly fragrance. Bringing in these special seasonal details really makes a bouquet one-of-a-kind.”

Caroline’s attention to design and detail were very apparent when working with her. We went through a few different color and style depictions before our nal palette was chosen. She wanted vibrant, horizontal bouquets in shades of reds, bright and soft pinks with a minimal pop of soft blue tweedia. I found the most stunning red and ombré pink anemones, utilized 8 different varieties of garden roses and popped in some coral berries to create depth and texture. They were stunning against the bridesmaids soft blue printed dresses. Don’t be afraid to use color!”
