Arches design was based on ancient Iranian arches that were used in old buildings. However, all the arches were analyzed for better performance in order to find critical points. Also in special situation for transferring the loads, some additional factors is considered .

The lateral side of arches for better transmission to the columns, use tension elements. In addition, using concrete frames (Tavizeh) make closet closure in structure that prevent walls and columns collapse .

Creating different spaces are based on the triple pattern, which were used in the past. One of the advantages of using this model in these buildings is decreasing number of different roof models and subsequently better analysis of them.
The facilities are set up during the construction.

The courtyards are the main supplier of light, subsequently there is no need to use light of outside windows, this strategy is for having diversity in the neighborhood arrangement; on the other side, all yards are confine to being fully utilized as a semi-private space .
Excavation soil, after analysis can be used for constructing of houses.
