DAILY GREENS SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 scoop Daily Greens Superfood Powder

• 1 frozen banana, chopped

• 1 ½ avocado, pitted, flesh scooped out

• 1 ½ cups coconut water

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• Toppings: sliced kiwi, banana slices, berries, shredded coconut, almonds, chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

1. Chop frozen banana into slices. Pit and scoop out avocado. Add into blender.

2. Add remaining smoothie ingredients and then blend together until smooth.

3. Pour each serving into a bowl and add toppings of choice. Enjoy immediately. Yields three servings.

Daily Reds Watermelon Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 scoop Daily Reds Antioxidant

Superfood Powder

• 3 cups watermelon, cubed

• 4 tablespoons stevia powder

• ½ cup coconut milk

DIRECTIONS:

1. Slice watermelon into cubes and freeze in a single layer on piece of parchment paper or foil for 3-4 hours.

2. Add half of watermelon cubes to food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Scrape down sides with rubber spatula and add Daily Reds, stevia powder, coconut milk, and remaining watermelon cubes. Blend until smooth.

4. Enjoy immediately or freeze 2-3 hours for a firmer texture. If frozen for longer, defrost 30 minutes before serving. Yields four servings.
