Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Hit the grill with this tasty vegan entree! Try this Grilled Portobello Mushrooms recipe— the marinade adds the perfect flavor and it’s easy to both prepare and grill.

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 LARGE ORGANIC PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

• OIL FOR PREPARING THE GRILL

Marinade

• ½ cup balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

• 1 tablespoon low sodium vegan soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon fresh organic rosemary, chopped

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a dish large enough to have the mushrooms marinate in a single layer

2. Turning the mushrooms to coat both sides, allow mushrooms to marinate for 1030 minutes

3. Brush grill with oil to prevent sticking. Place Portobellos on the grill and brush them with the marinade as they grill

4. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side
