Majestic Hotel, Barcelona B A C K G R O U N D The property dates back to 1918 when the Soldevila-Casals family opened the Majestic Hotel Inglaterra and has since counted film stars, artists, sportsmen, politicians, and writers, including Ernest Hemingway, among its distinguished guests.
