Placing such project in the center of Berlin goes along with the vision of the new compact efficient vertical Alexanderplatz. A 150-meter highrise that combines the data center with public and living units, where an exchange of heat occurs while simultaneasouly utilizing the cooling water cycle to enrich the user’s experience. Such large structure produces around 68 million British thermal units. Enough to heat the housing units, the artificial tropical beach and the public baths. The heat surplus can be used in neighbouring buildings. Supervised by : Prof. Ignacio Borrego Topic : Not in my backyard Masterarbeit 2021

A court of appeal that is located on Abdoon corridor with a total approximate area of 10,000 meters square, containing 10 courtrooms that vary between civil and criminal in addition to the public library that is embeded in the public atrium for all users to observe and perceive their own perception of justice. The project also includes the juristic section where you can validate your documentations and pursue with the legal procedures when moving from an initial courthouse to a court of appeals. The project is combination of two different architectural language conveying the duality in perception of “Justice”. A rectalinear form penetrated by an organic geometry hybridizing the fossilized redundant image of courthouse. After entering the courthouse at the +0.00 level and getting inspected by security checkpoint users can either descend to lower levels to follow up with legal procedures or ascend to the higher levels if they have an appointment for trial. Users maneuver through the sculptural staircase taking them around displayed content that conveys the perspectives of absolute and relative justice. Ind addition, it gives them factual lawrelated material that can be helpful fovr them in the future. The staircase has two hanged platforms at different levels as the staircase was built on sacred geometry principles.
PUBLIC ATRIUM
Courtrooms are accessed through a cantilevered bridge, the interior is very similar to the geometry of the slit with two tilted smooth walls that meet at the top with a skylight that lits the inside with dramatic lighting. Sides of the room are illuminated by a warm ambient light that washes the curving walls. Furniture used is as plain and simple as can be, composted of fine wood, leather and stainless steel that give a very tranquil and serene look that suits the place where a trial is held

The urban greenhouse is a hybrid type created by merging the reverse T-Type and reverse I-Type. It constitutes a tower which holds residential and working spaces, and a plinth that is open to both residents of the tower and the general public. The concept enables the building to serve as an urban connector between the green spaces of Theodor – Heuss Platz situated to the west of the site and the Lietzenseepark situated to the east. It is meant to be a sheltered public space, which will provide high-quality urban green spaces, for the transient users coming from and towards the ZOB and the permanent users that live or work in the surrounding areas. To fulfill the idea of having a covered space without making it heavy, dark and enclosed to its surroundings, A green house structure that shelters and supports the program of the plinth is proposed. The general assembly, usually represented in the United Nations, is a formal space for discussions and votes in which 193 countries participate. This form of assembly doesn’t solve problems and doesn’t have a direct influence on the society. The participation of representatives is passive. According to Milo Rau, there are many societies that are excluded from the governmental attention and never concerned such as Nongovernmental organizations and others. We offer a space where representatives of those groups can not only have a discussion forum but also can have a platform where research and experiments may be performed. The place where issues can be studied, and the result can be shown. We offer an institution with the laboratory, the theatre, the library and the gallery functions. An iconic highrise in Al Abdali business district with a total height of 105 meters and 35 floors. The program of the project includes: offices, hotel and retail shops. A cultural museum was added to the program “cross programing” preserving and showing the old Abdali and how it was like. The plot are located on the edge of the district connecting the new abdali to the old one. The plot is located at sector 7 which is yet to be constructed. The project consists of two parts, the podium, where retail shops are located and the tower, where the hotel and the offices are located. The multi-purpose building in Via Campania, built in 1965, is one of the most important works of the Passarelli studio and a testimony to the expressive, typological and technological research of those years. The building houses three different functions: commerce, offices and residences, distinguished by three different architectural languages. Shops are placed on the ground floor, lowered from the street level. On the first, second and third floors there are the offices, enclosed in the glazed volume. The upper part of the building, much freer and with large overhangs, is the part destined for twelve residences, composed of individual apartments surrounded by variously articulated lodges and flower boxes. The different functions are combined through common horizontal spaces of access to the ground floor and the structure of the pillars that develops vertically connecting two volumes (residential and office spaces). The structural mesh of the building consists of a six-by-six meter grid system of pillars. Over the ground level, they are composed of four elements with a square section. Therefore, a cavity is created inside the pillar, used for different vertical channels: rainwater, sanitation and conditioning systems. In the underground floors of the garage they take a form of a column, with a circular section. The access of the latter to the garage is allowed by a circular ramp that goes down to almost fourteen meters below the street level. Circular are also the two stairs that go up, one on the floors for offices, the other for residences. They are made of reinforced concrete and are screwed around a single pillar.
