WHO WE SERVE

Turtle Lake welcomes students in its attendance area, which includes parts of North Oaks, Shoreview and Vadnais Heights.

Turtle Lake’s massive library is filled with more than 30,000 books! Turtle Lake deans work in partnership with classroom teachers to provide social and emotional learning opportunities throughout the school day. Orchestra is available for students in grades 4 and 5. Band is available to students in grade 5. With support from the Turtle Lake PTA, families build community through a variety of social events, while students become inspired learners during artist-in-residence programs. Turtle Lake students regularly participate in events which help our local community, such as food drives in support of the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf and Jump Rope for Heart. Chess Club continues to be a proud tradition at Turtle Lake. School spirit is alive with Snapper pride!
