DUAL BEAM LIGHTS

W1800 features a dual beam design that works just like your vehicle’s headlights.

The low beam can be used on trails and in parking lots. A quick double-press of the wireless remote or flashlight button engages the high beam bright setting to light up the night ahead with a full 1800 lumens. A single button press returns the flashlight to the previously used setting.

WIRELESS REMOTE

No more wires! W1800 introduces a Bluetooth capable wireless handlebar mounted remote that allows the user to control the flashlight without removing their hands from the handlebars.

COMPARISON

W1800 casts a wider spread than X2000, and the color cast is more neutral white. The body is 30% smaller than X2000 while the weight is similar.

The X2000 Flashlight Kit replaces and improves upon the wildly popular X1800. Designed for those who operate at high speeds after dark, the flashlight generates a wide and bright 2000 lumen beam that penetrates far into the night. S1500 is the next generation of lighter, brighter flashlight from Mountain Lab. In addition to regular flashlight modes, S1500 also features ‘Smart Mode’—an extra safety feature for riders in daylight. In Smart Mode, the S1500 emits a bright strobe light to increase rider visibility and safety. When daylight fades, the flashlight automatically switches to a steady headlight. In Smart Mode, after two minutes without motion the light will turn off to preserve battery life, until motion is detected again.

S1500 also features a lockout mode that can be used to prevent the flashlight from accidentally turning on when carried inside a backpack or pocket. It is IPX6 waterproof and uses USB-C fast charging. The S1500 Flashlight kit includes both handlebar and helmet quick-connect mounting options.

This pair of burly tie down straps are designed to safely secure your UTV, ATV or heavy motorcycle in transit. The straps are 1.5” wide by 96” long for versatile use, and feature reinforced stitching for extra strength.

The tie downs use a soft loop that allows the strap to be secured to the vehicle without the risk of scratching or damage. The soft loop is longer than on our Motorcycle Soft Loop Tie Downs, to allow better securement options for larger vehicles.

The Mountain Lab Gear Ratchet Tie Down Strap is a versatile tie down strap that can be used to secure a variety of powersports equipment or other cargo in transit. The heavy-duty strap uses a ratcheting buckle to safely and securely snug down heavy objects. The strap is 12’ long—enough to cross a trailer or pickup truck bed in any direction.

Both ends of the strap feature a securement hook with a spring-loaded locking gate that makes the strap easier to install. The hooks are coated to prevent scratching of your vehicle or cargo.

Mountain Lab heated socks provide warmth on demand, right where you need it. A low-profile heating element completely encircles the toes and forefoot area. The element is powered by a lightweight battery housed at the top of the cuff, where it won’t interfere with tall boot cuffs.

The socks use a 50% wool, 50% polyester blend for continuous warmth and comfort, even in damp conditions or when the socks are not powered on. Left and right markings on the socks help with easy identification.

The CFR Adapter Plates works on both Polaris tunnels with accessory channels and the new Matryx tunnel with factory pre-drilled holes. When installed the plates allow Ski Doo cargo base kits to be used. Once the cargo bases are installed the CFR Link It Up Racks can be used on your Polaris snowmobile. The CFR Link It Up racks are removable on the fly. No tools required to take the rack on or off. These plates come in pairs, one plate for each side.

The CFR Mountain Rack-NRW is designed specifically for Polaris and Arctic-Cat snowmobiles. The 16” width and pre-drilled holes in the mounting plate fit the T-slots on the back of most Polaris snowmobiles.

All our bracket kits and both the dime an QP bag also fit inside this rack. Dropping the center of mass lowers all the weight that’s carried in the rack allowing the snowmobile to perform better under load.

The CFR Mountain Rack’s design allows the rack to be mounted on the edge of the tunnel. This will allow OEM factory holes to be used requiring no drilling into the rear tunnel. The design is also engineered to use fewer materials than existing racks yet still be as strong.

CE CERTIFICATIONS OF CLOTHING - PPE FOR MOTORCYCLE USAGE

In 2020, the European Union established the new certification standard EN 17092 and thus changed the way users view their safety when riding a motorcycle. New standards are becoming more and more familiar to users, but repetition is the mother of wisdom. That is why we have prepared this overview for you, thanks to which you can easily find out what level of safety you need for your type of motorcycle and riding style.

The EN 17092 certification standard is divided into several groups depending on the level of comfort and safety of the clothing. The resulting values are indicated to the user using the designations "A", "AA" and "AAA", where "A" is the lowest degree of protection and "AAA" the highest. The red CE label is supplemented with a biker pictogram.

Clothing marked "A"

Clothing marked "A" using test methods according to EN 17092-4:2020 provides basic protection of the rider against impact and abrasion. Such clothing is very comfortable and light, as it is mostly made of one layer of fabric without reinforcement (for example, using Kevlar). You should also get this garment at a very affordable price. It is suitable for everyday use in the city when you do not expect to drive at high speed.

Clothing marked "AA"

Clothing bearing the "AA" label, tested according to EN 17092-3:2020 provides a higher level of protection. These clothes are made using reinforcing materials (e.g. kevlar), special fabrics that are composed of several types of fibers or sandwich (several layers of materials). The clothes will still be comfortable, but they will weigh more. It is suitable for everyday use in the city, but also for touring. In particular, leather products marked "AA" are also suitable for use on the circuit.

TRI- STRETCHER PRO 2.0 DENIM

A completely new composition in a mix of DYNEEMA®, Elastane, Polyester, Nylon and Cotton. Despite its great lightness, breathability, and flexibility, this newly mixed denim has a high level of abrasion resistance and strength.

Dyneema® Denim, in majority, is a mix of Polyethylene fiber with Cotton. Dyneema® yarn is based on a Ultra

High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) which is manufactured using a special spinning process resulting in a fiber that has an extreme high crystallinity with following properties:

EXTREME HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH - Depending on the Dyneema® content in the denim, it is extremely difficult to tear or break the fabric. It is claimed to be 15 times as strong as steel.

HIGH CUT RESISTANCE - Denim that contains more than 5 - 10% Dyneema® will have noticeably higher cut resistance compared to regular fabrics.

ABRASION RESISTANCE - Using half the amount of Dyneema® improves the abrasion resistance of a singlelayer motorcycle denim with aramid by 70%. The like-for-like improvement is 300%.

CHEMICALLY INERT - Even though Dyneema® itself is chemically inert and therefore resists almost all types of chemicals, it is not recommended to bleach, nor dry-clean denim with Dyneema® to prevent quality issues related to the Cotton fiber in the denim.

HEAT SENSITIVE - Dyneema® has a melting temperature of 140 - 144°C and therefore any exposure to temperatures higher than 130°C, even for short periods (seconds) should be avoided. Hence the recommendation to iron at max 110°C / 230°F and tumble dry at low temperatures.

Following pages carry all size charts. In order to find the right size, keep in mind that it is important to measure your body. Take your tape measure and measure yourself like you see on the picture. Based on the measurement, find the right size on the chart. We believe that with the correct measurement and the size charts you will be able to find perfect size of our product which provides the proper function of Trilobite® motorcycle apparel.

A) WAIST - Measure around the natural waist line, inline with the navel, keeping the tape horizontal.

B) HIP - Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 19cm below waist line, keeping the tape horizontal.

C) THIGH - Measure around the thigh just below the crotch, keeping the tape horizontal.

D) CHEST - Measure around the fullest part, under the armpits, keeping the tape horizontal.

E) BODY HEIGHT - Stand against a wall, ask someone else to measure from the floor to the top of your head.
