The Knights have won at least one Skyline Conference championship every year since 1995.

INTRAMURALS

The Mount offers a variety of intramural activities, including soccer, basketball, dodgeball, kickball, flag football, ping pong, volleyball, and wiffle ball.

he Mount’s Division III teams and athletic activities bring out teamwork, discipline, fitness, social interaction, and healthy competition in our students. You don’t have to be a varsity player to enjoy the athletic life; intramural sports are a key part of student activities. We also offer health and fitness classes including yoga, cardio kickboxing, aerobics, and self-defense. The Mount’s athletic compound has gone through an exciting expansion over the last few years. There’s a new all-weather turf field with lighting for night games, six new tennis courts, two new ball fields, and new workout and cardio equipment in our campus recreation center.

The team is like my family – they are always there for me. Winning the Skyline Conference Championship with them on our home field was one of the high points of my college career. Sean Lockwood Manahawkin, NJ

CAREER CENTER

The Mount’s powerhouse Career Center provides internship and co-op opportunities, career service workshops (job search, resumes, interviewing, and networking), and lifelong career resources for alumni.

Internships and Careers

Students gain experience and connections before they graduate, interning with organizations such as WABC-TV, the NY State Assembly, the NY Mets, SONY Entertainment, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and others.

rom its earliest days, Mount Saint Mary College has provided students with a strong liberal arts foundation, combined with the practical education and experience required for careers or graduate school. Many of our students find career paths and valuable networking opportunities through the Mount’s robust internship and co-op program. Strong academic and pre-professional programs, combined with faculty support, internships, and leadership opportunities offer Mount students more than a degree. They graduate with skills and confidence gained through a multi-dimensional college experience, and a professional edge that employers notice.

After completing an internship with an accounting firm during tax season my senior year, I was presented with an official job offer, and I was able to graduate knowing exactly where I was headed.
