Institute MOVIT

MOVIT (Institute for the Development of Youth Mobility) is acting as National Agency for the EU YOUTH IN ACTION programme, offering financial support for different kinds of learning mobility within youth work and running activities for general development of youth work and non-formal learning. Since 2001 MOVIT has been acting also as a National Eurodesk Partner, providing information on EU opportunities and youth policy developments to young people and those who work with them. Since 2002 MOVIT hosts also the SALTO-YOUTH SEE RC, supporting the development of the Youth in Action programme in partner countries of the Western Balkans. Since 2009 MOVIT acts also as a Contact Point for the EU EUROPE FOR CITIZENS programme, supporting meetings and cooperation among European citizens with a view to strengthen the European citizenship.
