Tech notes from the MoVTA

MoVTA held our annual fall conference on October 17, 2020 at Moberly Area Community College in Moberly, MO. We were able to offer this CE opportunity both in person and virtually and we welcomed 78 veterinary technicians on that day. We concluded the conference with a visit from the University of Missouri Raptor Rehabilitation group and had the chance to see some of their raptors up close and personal. Seventy-eight technicians, both virtually and in-person, attended continuing education opportunities and demonstrations at the conference in Moberly. Our membership runs from June 1-May 31 of each year. Please encourage your veterinary technicians to become members of their state association! Student membership is free! If you are a hospital manager and are interested in membership for all of your technical staff we do offer group memberships.
