AspartofWentzville'songoingeffortto involveresidentsinitslong-range planningprocess,theCityretainedETC InstituteofOlathe,Kansas,to administeraCommunitySatisfaction Surveyandgatherinputfromresidents aboutthequalityofCityservices.This isthethirdsurveyETCInstitutehas administeredfortheCity,withthefirst twobeingin2010and2016 During JanuaryandFebruaryof2023,the surveywasadministered,andthe informationgatheredwillbeusedto helptheCityimproveexisting programsandservicesandmake informeddecisionsregardingfuture communitypriorities.Asix-pagesurvey wasmailedtoarandomsampleof householdschosenbyETC.Thegoal wastoobtainatleast400completed surveys–thiswassurpassedwith437 surveysreturned.Thesurveyresults havea95%levelofconfidencewitha precisionofatleast+/-4.7%.Overall, theCity’s2023CitizenSatisfaction SurveyExecutiveReportisvery positive
