and ask that you will bless each member of this group as they support people’s needs.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7

1 Pray for the Friendsheep Knitting Group that

relationships will deepen as the members share their skills and enjoy each other’s company.

Lord we pray for all the churches in the Prestwick area. May they, together, show Christ in action.

16 Lord I pray that you will transform me into a new person by changing the way I think Romans 12:2b

2 “I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he

delivered me from all my fears.” Psalm 34: 4. Thank you Lord for your unchanging love.

10 “Oh give thanks to the Lord, call upon his name; make known His deeds among the peoples” Psalm 105:1

3 Many parents are stressed as they try to set

boundaries for their children in an ever changing world. May the Christians around them demonstrate how to live according to Your will and so find peace in the turmoil of our world today.

4 Pray that all those coming in to our church for

the Boys’ Brigade coffee morning will have an opportunity to find out more about what we do at MPN. Give thanks for all those who give of their time and talents to nurture the young people in the Boys’ Brigade.

11 Today we pray for those who are no longer able to come to worship on a Sunday. We pray that they will know your presence.

12 Lord, open hearts and minds today to Your Word. Be with those attending the morning service and the Gathering.

13 “Go to the lost, confused people right here in the neighbourhood. Tell them that the kingdom is here. Bring health to the sick. Raise the dead. Touch the untouchables. Kick out the demons. You have been treated generously, so live generously.” Matthew 10:5-8

5 “The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and

saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18. Thank you Lord Jesus for standing alongside us in times of trouble.

6 Pray for the CIA foodbank that they will be en-

couraged and supported in all that they do for those in need. May they know God’s protection and loving care as they minister to others.

Lord, lead me today to be of service to others but also to ensure that I find quiet moments for myself and for you.

Pray today for all those who do not know the joy and peace of having Jesus in their lives

those who see no future, no light at the end of the tunnel. Lord take their hand and walk with them till they see the light at the end of the rocky road.

21 Father we ask that you will be with all our members who are housebound or in nursing homes. Let them know your presence and your love.
