Key Accountibilites The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific activities related True Money Myanmar.Project Manager is responsible for leading the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget and quality for multiple projects and complex programs simultaneously in the digital environment. Project Manager must be able to effectively manage change and coordinate with multiple business partners, external and internal department heads. Project Management and Planning : Able to perform and manage the projects in mode with dynamic assignments. Project issue resolution and risk management : Lead and manage team to solve any issues. Track Project Progress and Report to Management , Ensure that report library and related documents are updated and audible - Project deliverable sign-off and complete delivery to Production Must have the ability to adapt to the organizations and quickly learn and execute according to the standards, processes and governance structure. Job Description 1. Develop and maintain project plan for engagements with True Money business partners, agents. 2. Monitor progress of project to ensure completion and compliance with key milestones and deliverables. 3. Manage delivery of objectives, Develop, implement and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders for duration of project. 4. Troubleshoot delays and adjust timelines where needed in case of unforeseen external factors. 5. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative toward operational excellence. 6. Define the scope of the project, own and manage project goals, risks, issues and resources 7. Develop and implement strategies which may impact on project success and timelines. 8. Track and report on resource utilization. 9. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. 10. Develop and document insights into mobile financial services implementation and commercial strategies for sustainable launch of services. 11. Manage a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation 12. Manage research to determine and quantify options solutions to meet strategic fit. 13. Require negotiation with both internal and external to secure a timely and cost effective outcome for the project 14. Responsible for accurate and timely reporting to against the project plan and implementation. 15. Progress business developments in partnership with key stakeholders 16. Establish and build relationships to facilitate achievement of strategic goals maintaining throughout the project lifecycle 17. Determine internal / external resources required to deliver the project.
VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Competency Needs
Bachelor’s degree in related fields IT experience will be asset, including experience in project management or software development and implementation – preferably in customer care, banking and Telecommunication industry Prior knowledge or experience in telecommunications industry or software implementation, knowledge of software development and implementation is an advantage. Work experience on customer care and billing software is a definite plus
Required skills and experiences
5 or more years of experience in project management Must have strong, effective communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. Project Management Professional certificate is an advantage Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Good English language speaker is preferable Understanding of the Financial sector
