: Sale & Distribution Manager (Agent Recruitment) : 1 : Yangon

Job Description  Day to day management of all aspects of the smooth running of Distribution.  Ensure individual sales, install and reload targets are met.  Investigate why targets are not being met and set out action plans in order to achieve targets.  Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.  Lead sale team towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.  Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and staff.  Monitor performance off all teams against individual and performance levels. Ensure targets are met and motivate staff to meet and achieve targets.  Responsible for the performance and development of the sale staff.  Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the markets.  Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.  Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Provides timely, accurate, reporting to the distribution director.  Conducts proposal presentations and adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
