Patrice Pittavino has a fine career behind him… Over the past 20 years, he has managed several addresses. Today, aged just over 50, Patrice Pittavino is a very happy manager. Le Bobo is a place that fits him like a glove!

Born in Antibes with Italian roots, he made his debut in the restaurant trade in the late ‘nineties, ''rather by chance'', he admits, though he always enjoyed human contact and gastronomy. He opened his first venture with a childhood friend : ''His mother ran a restaurant, whose storeroom we had fitted out…''. Which led to the inauguration of Le Loft in 1996, which soon became a high temple of nightlife in Cannes. Then, in 2000, Le Tantra opened its doors down below, a festive restaurant with a Thai influence, which also became an institution in the Golden Square.
