Nice and dirty
John Kippin Kippin uses depth of field and one main focal point in his photography. Kippin uses colours that match in his photographs so for my photographs I will have colour matching schemes. He also uses reflections in the water of the ocean, I will use this technique and also add originality to mine.
Text based
My response For these photos I used text like Kippin to give the photo a meaning and to make it more extravigant. I also used the text as a main focus point to make it more interesting to the eye. I also blurred the background slightly to make the text stand out.
Brendan George Ko
Text based George ko uses text right in the centre of his photographs to make it the main focal point, he also slightly blurs the photograph so the text stands out. For my recreations I will use his idea of bluring the photograph slighly and adding text in the centre of my photograph.
My response For my photographs I used text like George ko did becuase it gives a meaning to the photo along with the actual photo itself. I also used contrast to contrast the black of the text with the lighter coloured background
Aaron Farley Farley uses a main focal point of light in his photographs, he also uses water and reflections, which is relevent to the topic of taking photos at the beach. He also uses the rule of thirds in his photographs which I will use in my photo-
My response
For these photographs I used the blur filter and rule of thirds like Farley. I like how to blur effect adds a sence of mystery to the photograph and the rule of thirds makes the photo better as a whole
Clifford Ross
I like the way Ross uses black and white to contrast the waves against the sky, Ross also uses the rule of thirds which im going to take from his photo to use for mine.
My response
For these photos I used black and white and the rule of thirds like Ross. Ross makes the water stand out and uses this as a main focal point, so ive manipulated mine to also give off this effect.
Luke Byrne
Byrne uses rule of thirds and bright colours in his photographs, I will use these in my photography. He also uses dark colours and bright colours like the sky and the sea for constrast which I like. I also like the uses of reflections.
My response For these photos I was mostly inspired by Luke Byrne because he used bright colours that were matching and also used the rule of thirds. For the first photo I used two thirds land and one land sky, and for the second photo I used one third as the bushes and the other two thirds as the ocean.

Absis Minas
Minas focuses on loose narrative concerning people, then a lack of people. I like the way that he has the main focus on the street for example the pile of rubbish and the road lines it is with massive sarcasm that these individual pieces are intended to be used as money.
Developed ideas
For these photos I was inspired by a photo found on hipster things on tumblr.com. I used the idea of adding different parts of eastbourne in triangles. This highlights the nice parts of Eastbourne and the dirty parts of Eastbourne. I chose this design because I like the layout.
For this photo I was inspired by Matt Adams, i chose this design because I love the layout of where everything is, it looks very neat. It makes the nice side and the dirty side stand out so it draws the attention to your eye.
