1 / 4 KG of biscuits 170g butter melted 3 tsp gelatin powder 1 / 4 cup water 1 / 4 KG cream cheese 395g sweetened condensed milk 1 / 3 cup lemon juice 1 / 2 cup cream 85g packet jelly crystals strawberry

Refrigerate . 3 . Sprinkle gelatine over the water , allow to stand for a few minutes then microwave for 30 seconds or until dissolved . 4 . Beat cream cheese until smooth . Add condensed milk , lemon juice , and cream . Continue to beat until smooth . 5 . Stir in gelatine mixture . Pour over the top of the biscuit base . Refrigerate until set for at least 2 - 3 hours . 6 . Make jelly according to packet directions . Cool to room temperature before pouring over the cream cheese layer . 7 . Refrigerate until the slice is set completely . 8 . Cut into squares to serve .
