STAGE ONE: NEWBORN KITTEN The first stage of a Cat is a Kitten. A Kitten is born from the mom’s belly. Usually the mom makes 5 Kittens this is called a Litter. A Litter is 5 kittens that the mom makes. Baby kittens can’t see or hear. After ten weeks the kittens can see. A kitten always have blue eyes first. Kittens need to drink their moms milk.

STAGE TWO: 3 MONTH KITTEN Later the kitten starts to learn how to walk, run, jump, and pounce. Pounce means swooping things. Kittens can eat soft food. The mom licks her kitten. This is called grooming. Grooming - The way a cat cleans its kitten.

STAGE THREE: 6 MONTH KITTEN After living for 6 months, a kitten can move to a new home.
Stray kittens stay with the mother.
Stray - Stray means a wild and dangerous animal.
Kittens can hear and smell (I meant the smelling sense not the stinky type.) even better.
