TECHNOLOGIES: CASINGS TUBELESS READY: Tires designed to ride at lower pressures improving traction, offering less resistance to rolling and ensuring less risk of puncture by not carrying an inner tube. It is essential to seal the tire with Black Seal tubeless sealant.
PRO SHIELD: A layer of reinforcing fabric on the sides to avoid cuts and punctures in the most exposed area of the tire, adding as little weight as possible. Focused for XC use and marathon.
EPIC SHIELD: Protection from hoop to hoop to avoid punctures and cuts in any area of the tire, providing greater rigidity and less deformation of the tire rolling at low pressures. Recommended for xc, marathon and stage routes.
SUPER SHIELD: ProShield side protection Butyl insertion in the hoops to avoid side cuts and punctures punctures due to rim, maintaining a greater structural rigidity of the cover in the face of big impacts. The best option for enduro.
XTREM SHIELD: The most extreme and resistant housing of MSC Tires for descent. 4 folds of fabric (4ply) from rim to rim increase the rubber section and the rigidity of the cover to avoid unwanted deformations in the face of greater impacts. A Butyl protection on the hoops prevents punctures due to rime and adds a bit of rigidity to the assembly. 6
ROAD SHIELD: Bead to bead protection that reinforces the structure and rigidity of the tire, at the same time it provides a very high protection against punctures. Ideal for training road tires.
120 TPI: Our XC casing that adapts better to terrain, offering a soupler ride while reducing the weight of the tire.
60 TPI: Intermediate casing for all types of terrains with a comfortable ride and balanced weight.
33 TPI: Our “entry level” casing for first price tires, with greater resistance to cuts and punctures in exchange for added weight.
Some of our tires incorporate the E25 badge that indicates compatibility with electric bicycles limited to 25km / h (also called pedelec systems). These tires incorporate certain internal reinforcements that can withstand the use with bicycles of greater weight and higher speeds such as e-bike.

With ramped central knobs, a low profile and minimum spacing the ROLLER provides great surface contact and guarantees an extremely fast rolling tire. The larger volume of smaller tread blocks, each grooved for added grip provides excellent traction in the climbs and a good resistance to punctures and cuts. GRIPPER 2.30/2.40 The GRIPPER is the choice for Enduro, Downhill, and trails of mixed terrain riding on broken, loose and wet ground. Its four rows of high and wide blocks are grooved to give extra forward and lateral grip. This provides extraordinary traction and control during sudden braking, even in aggressive riding positions. Alternate central tread block have been equipped with a ramp that decreases rolling resistance. The side blocks have been arranged in two different positions to ensure a perfect and consistent grip in fast turns, rocks and roots. Most of the enduro and downhill tires on the market are designed for 21mm rims. With the new trend of increasingly wider rims (30-35mm), these tires lose efficiency when their profile is altered, becoming more square.
