Historic Preservation Programs Conclusion 1.

Conservation is not against development.

2.

Development is a result of conservation.

3.

To manage these developments – like in conservation, which is the management of change, priorities must be set. These decisions should be cooperative.

The NHCP protects and promotes the preservation of the historic built heritage of the country with the participation of the Filipino people.
