After being tabbed as the GNAC’s preseason Player of the Year, senior Alisha Breen from MSUB’s women’s basketball team will be featured as a live guest on GNAC Insider Tuesday evening. PORTLAND, Ore. – Alisha Breen of the Montana State University Billings women’s basketball team will be featured as a live guest on GNAC Insider Tuesday evening, as she’ll be interviewed on the weekly radio program of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. Tuesday’s program can be heard live through Blog Talk Radio here starting at 8 p.m. Mountain time. The program is hosted by Rob Lowery of Central Washington University, and is produced by the GNAC office. The team’s top returner for the upcoming 2016-17 season, Breen was recently tabbed as a preseason All-American by the Women’s Basketball DII Bulletin. Entering this season for the Yellowjackets, Breen is 12th all-time in points at 1,210, third in free-throws made with 343, and 20th in rebounds at 529. In the GNAC, Breen ranks third all-time in free-throws and is 116 points from moving into the top-20 in scoring.
She will be the first guest of the year for MSUB on GNAC Insider, which highlights student-athletes and coaches from the school’s 11 member schools.
