Making an appearance on the weekly radio program of the GNAC, junior captain Rhys Lambert of the MSUB men’s soccer team will discuss the Yellowjackets’ upcoming road trip and recent success. PORTLAND, Ore. – Junior captain Rhys Lambert of the Montana State University Billings men’s soccer team will appear as a live guest on GNAC Insider, the weekly radio program of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference on Tuesday. The program will air live at 8 p.m. Mountain time and will be broadcast online through Blog Talk Radio here. Lambert is in his third season with the Yellowjackets, and is a center back from Gold Coast, Australia. He has helped MSUB to a record of 8-4-3 overall and 4-2-3 in conference play, and the Yellowjackets are currently in third place in the league standings with three games remaining on the regular-season schedule. MSUB defeated Concordia University 4-1 and Seattle Pacific University 1-0 last week, to close a five-game home stand with a pair of victories. The ‘Jackets entered last week ranked No. 8 in the NCAA Division II West Region poll, which


determines the six teams that advance to the regional playoffs in November. MSUB is currently two points behind second-place Northwest Nazarene in the GNAC standings. GNAC Insider airs live every Tuesday at 8 p.m. Mountain time and is hosted by Rob Lowery of Central Washington University.
