Calumet Farm Kentucky Bourbon

In 1924, William Monroe Write, a successful entrepreneur and owner of Calumet Baking Powder Company, established a thoroughbred horse farm in the beautiful Bluegrass pasturelands of Lexington, Kentucky. Wolves Whiskey

Wolves is American whiskey made in California from a highly creative group of founders, also based in California. Wolves is distilled in Sonoma County by 13th generation Master Distiller Marko Karakasevic using an old, slow brandy still that was imported from Cognac in 1983.

Karakasevic creates a small batch (10 barrels) of distillate over a 10-day period, sleeping in four hour shifts so that he alone can make each cut, selecting “the heart of hearts” for double distillation in the small still. The distillation process is far less efficient than an industry-standard column still, but the end result is whiskey with more body, flavor, and viscosity.

Mezcal de Leyendas

Mezcal de Leyendas was founded more than 10 years ago in Mexico City. The driving force behind the brand is the passion and knowledge of the team behind Mezcal de Leyendas and the goal to better educate the public on mezcal. Over the years, the brand has worked with dozens of mezcal producers to help them become certified by Mexico’s mezcal governing body, the CRM, in order to help them improve their production facilities and ensure the prosperity of these master “mezcaleros.” Mezcal de Leyendas currently offers a number of different mezcals from a variety of regions, each made from unique agave plants. Each producer the brand has partnered with has created a mezcal that is not only special in its quality, but preserves the time-honored manner of production from harvest to distillation.
