Ron Kordes, Club Director and 14 Red head coach at KIVA, has been coaching volleyball for over 30 years. Ron is an honorary member of the Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame and he continues to impact the national volleyball scene by consistently training players who receive college scholarships. KIVA has produced 173 collegiate volleyball players in only 12 years of existence. The experienced coaching staff provides the skill training necessary to consistently gain the interest of college coaches.

Developmental KIVA
Program designed for beginners interested in developing proper fundamental skills and experience their first taste of competitive club volleyball. • • • • •
Practice once a week for 2 hours 3-4 tournaments at local venues 3 day Christmas camp (9 hours of master training) Season begins in January and ends before Spring Break Specialized focus on basic fundamentals: passing, serving, attacking, and setting

KIVA offers the most experienced coaching staff in the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. We pride ourself in teaching the most up-to-date training techniques and philosophies, pertaining to skill work and physical conditioning.
REPUTATION: KIVA has established itself as one of the leading junior volleyball clubs in the country. Through our excellent tradition, KIVA provides the exposure necessary for collegiate scholarship opportunities. In KIVA’s 12 years of existence, we have enabled 173 young ladies, approximately 95% of our seniors, to attend college on athletic scholarships.
