The January 15, 1934 edition of Garage and Motor Trader magazine was the very first edition of a magazine that continues to this day as Motor Trader e-magazine. Published by the Garage and Service Stations Association of Queensland (now MTA Queensland), the Garage and Motor Trader covered 'the entire motor trade of Queensland - Garages, Automotive Engineering Workshops, Body Builders, Accessory Stockists and Motor Dealers'.
